Google Fonts is a useful tool that allows everyone to download free many open source fonts , which can also be used for commercial projects.
With a post on its blog dedicated to Material Design, Google announced that now on the platform there will also be icons : it starts right from over 2000 official Material Design icons , which are available in five different graphic styles: outline , filled , rounded , sharp and two tone . To celebrate this new site possibility, Google Fonts now has a new logo .
Unlike the previous one, a letter F in a blue circle , the new logo now features an abstract shape , formed by colored circles and rectangles that overlap to create shades, all with a definitely more modern style than before .
