Apple has announced the dates of the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference, the annual conference organized to showcase the company's software news. It will be from 4 to 8 June next in San Jose, California. The WWDC is expected to begin with an event in which Tim Cook and other Apple executives will illustrate the operation and features of the new versions of the iOS (iPhone and iPad) and macOS (computer) operating systems. Apple has not organized special events for some years, keeping only two presentations: the one just before the summer for the software and the one at the end of the summer for the new iPhones. However, news related to Apple computers and tablets are often announced at WWDC.
