This change does not imply any change to the economic and contractual conditions of the offer. For this reason, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract or to switch to another operator without penalties or deactivation costs.
Furthermore, beyond this change, other fixed network offers will also undergo the name change, especially TIM Smart, TIM Connect, Tutto, Internet Senza Limiti and the remaining broadband and ultra broadband offers. In these cases, the communication will be included in the January 2022 invoice.
