The new Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max brings Dolby Atmos and Wi-Fi 6 to your television

Amazon has announced a vitamin version of its Stick 4K, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max. This new device for the television comes with greater power and a faster connection compared to its previous generation. It also adds support for content in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.

The Fire TV Stick 4K Max, like its predecessors, is capable of turning any TV into a smart one. It connects through the HDMI port and integrates an interface that allows access to streaming apps, such as Prime Video, Netflix, Dinsey + or Amazon Music. As the name suggests, the Stick 4K Max supports Ultra HD resolution, as long as the TV to which it is connected also supports this image quality. It comes with HDR10 + and Dolby Atmos compatibility. As a novelty, it also integrates Dolby Vision , another of the most popular HDR standards.

The new Amazon Stick is also up to 40% more powerful than the Fire TV Stick 4K , according to the company. It has a MediaTek processor and is accompanied by 2 GB of RAM.

Amazon has opted for a chip capable of offering Wi-Fi 6 , which will allow us to gain in connection speed to be able to reproduce content without problems. The Fire TV Stick 4K Max also includes a new low-power mode to save power when the section is not in use.

Amazon maintains in its catalog the Fire TV Stick, which plays content in Full HD resolution and has a remote control with direct access to applications that is also capable of controlling TV controls, such as power or volume. The Fire TV Stick Lite is the cheapest model. It is priced at 29.99 euros and has all the functions of the 3rd generation Fire TV Stick, except the extras in the remote control.
