Very soon, Twitter would allow you to share the authorship of your tweets with other users. This is revealed by the most recent findings of the renowned leaker Alessandro Paluzzi, who has published screenshots of this new feature. And although the feature has not yet been announced by the social network, its launch could be getting closer.
According to the screenshots, users will be able to invite other accounts (which can be personal or branded) to co-author a tweet. The process appears to be quite simple, although it still requires compliance with certain parameters.
As it was known, the first step to share the authorship of a tweet on Twitter will be to send a collaboration request to another profile; this can be done directly from a visible button when creating it. Once the collaborator accepts the request, the publication can be sent, which will show who the co-authors of the publication are.
An important point to note is that you can only collaborate with people or brands whose accounts are public and who follow the user who makes the invitation. Once the collaborative tweet is published, Twitter will show it to both the followers of the main creator and those of the co-author.

For now, Paluzzi has been able to trace signs of co-authorship of tweets until last December, which suggests that its definitive implementation could be just around the corner.

Remember that last year Instagram incorporated a similar option that allows two accounts to share the authorship of a photo, a video or a Reel.
