Alongside the fashion of automatic robot vacuum cleaners, the popularity of vertical cordless vacuum cleaners is growing more and more, of which the best known exponent is the Dyson brand. If on the one hand the latter product is the best known, also because it is easy to find in stores, much cheaper competitors arrive from China, but not bad for this.
In recent months we have tested many, most recently the JIMMY JV83, while in this article we deal with the PUPPYOO T10 which offers an absolutely minimal and modern design, precisely in line with the philosophy of the well-known Chinese manufacturer.
If we talk about design, PUPPYOO T10 has the classic aesthetic of a Dyson, which recalls the shapes of any vertical cordless vacuum cleaner. The main difference with many other exponents of the genus, then, will have to be found in the color, this cultured almost completely white, if we exclude the red inserts. It has an autonomy of about 45 minutes in the standard suction mode, which is reduced to just 15 minutes if you use the maximum power mode.
The packaging, the content
Although it comes from China, GearBest ships the European model to Italy. This means that the user will not have to use adapters for wall charging, as the power supply suitable for the Italian plug is included in the package.
The manual does not propose the Italian language, but the use of such a device is so simple and immediate that it will not be necessary to read anything. Assembly is also really easy, as is the possibility to assemble and change the various accessories included in the package.
The box is made of cardboard and inside it has two further compartments, also in cardboard, in which the individual accessories that make up the vacuum cleaner are literally “stuck”, each of which is in any case individually wrapped inside a plastic tissue . In short, it is difficult, if not impossible, for the vacuum cleaner to get damaged.
The pack that arrives at home is complete and there are numerous accessories included in the package. The beating heart of the vacuum cleaner is the handle, in which the vacuum cleaner motor is positioned, and which actually consists of two pieces, considering that it also incorporates the dust basket, and which can easily be detached and removed, for easy cleaning.
The main stick is the second most valuable piece, to be attached to the handle, and to which the first standard-sized brush is attached. This one just described is the standard configuration, which will be used most of the time, for cleaning the whole house.
Alongside these three pieces there are other accessories: the first is a flexible tube, of contained dimensions, which will mainly be used to clean desks or shelves or shelves, being able to turn around the objects.
A longer spout can also be attached to this, which helps to clean, for example, the inlets of sofas, or in any case the areas where the standard brush would not be able to reach.
Furthermore, among other accessories, a small brush, for cleaning rugs or carpets, in addition to the charging base. This is actually a holder to be fixed to the wall using the plugs in the package.
Just “hang” the vacuum cleaner on the hook to start charging. The battery, therefore, will not be removed, it is integrated, and this allows for more convenient charging. The power supply wire will be connected to this docking, with a cable about 1 meter long.
In standard configuration the vacuum cleaner has a weight of about 2 KG, easy to handle for any use; the weight is reduced if only the handle with the longer spout is used, excellent for cleaning shelves or small surfaces.
Suction
The intake air ends up on the sides of the engine without directly hitting us, while the filter is placed in the upper part and characterized by extreme ease of removal: just unhook the top cover and then rotate the filter counterclockwise for cleaning or replacement.
Under the filter there is the container for the dust, which has a capacity of just over half a liter. As in many other exponents, it is made of transparent plastic and very easy to release for emptying the aspirate; easy, but also comfortable, able to prevent dust from falling to the ground when you open it to empty it. It can be easily detached from the motor body to wash it.
Power supply, power and duration
The button to operate the motors is practically placed on the handle, so that it can be operated easily as soon as the vacuum cleaner is held. There are actually two. A first for switching on and off, a second, on the other hand, to activate the maximum suction mode, which as we will see drastically reduces the autonomy of the product.
The battery enjoyed by Puppyoo T10 is 2500 mAh, not removable; this system requires the user to place the vacuum cleaner on the docking to hang on the wall, a system that is actually very convenient. A full charge takes up to 4 minutes, and offers a range of 45 minutes in standard mode, which is reduced to 15 minutes in Strong mode.
It is easy to assume that, most of the time, it will be used in standard mode, where it shows, however, that it can safely vacuum up most of the dust scattered on the floor.
In some cases, however, it could be thought of activating the Strong mode, being able to probably use the vacuum cleaner, in a mixed cycle, for about half an hour, however enough time to clean about 100 square meters.
The main brush has a fairly standard size and allows you to perform the usual cleaning on floors of all kinds and is not designed specifically for carpets. Although in the package there seems to be a compartment for a brush of intermediate dimensions, the service equipment includes a single standard brush, while there is also a smaller one, probably for carpets and sofas, or in any case for the passage on fabric surfaces.
Taking out a brush to replace it with another, or to insert the longer tube, or remove it, is extremely simple. The mechanism involves the simple push of a button to attach and release the components. The vacuum cleaner, whatever the brush configuration chosen, ensures stability and sturdiness, and still feels resistant in the hand.
All combinations are very effective and the range of brushes is able to satisfy any cleaning need. Unfortunately, there is no UP TOP rigid joint, as it is called on Dyson V11, which would have been indispensable for cleaning above the furniture.
In order to perform this type of cleaning, therefore, the advice is to “arm” Puppyoo T10 with the jointed tube and the longer spout, eliminating the longer tube, thus reducing the weight of the vacuum cleaner, which can also be used easily above a scale.
Noise
On paper, a noise level of less than 75 db reads. Beyond the data on paper, this Puppyoo T10 gives off an acceptable, average noise, which gets slightly louder in Strong mode.
Obviously, even in this the noise is not comparable to that of a traditional vacuum cleaner: the product seems to respect the rules of a peaceful family coexistence, not disturbing the neighbors in the condominium. Certainly, however, do not think you can sleep in the neighboring room when it is in operation.

The strength of this vacuum cleaner is, first of all, its aesthetics, truly minimal and elegant, very attractive from an aesthetic point of view. Among those tested, it is not the model with the greatest suction power, but if you consider the price range at which it is sold, it offers an excellent value for money.
Excellent for general cleaning, or for specific cleaning on mattresses, carpets and in the crevices of sofas, thanks to the spout included in the package. Very simple maintenance, as well as absolutely versatile in everyday cleaning: just detach it from the dock to start cleaning, without the minimum bulk and without any initial setup.
The maintenance of the components is very simple and the accessories are mounted very easily and, above all, they are able to cover any type of cleaning in the house.
