The formalization by TIM of the new remodeling to which the fixed network offers will be involved has arrived, according to which these starting from 1 September 2021 will be subject to an increase of € 2 in the monthly subscription fee.
In detail, reading the communication on the operator's website, the offers involved are TIM Connect and TIM Smart . To justify this change, TIM's words are given below:
“The cause is the economic needs due to the need to continue investing in new generation networks, so as to provide service levels that are always in line with the growing needs of the market”.
In any case, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract or to switch to a new operator without any cost of deactivation or penalty by 31 August 2021 . But in this specific case, TIM has established the exceptional extension of this possibility of termination until 15 September 2021.
