Amazon has announced the 20 finalist cities that will compete for its new coveted location in the United States. Among the finalists are New York, Miami and Chicago. Last September, the company announced that it wanted to open a second office, in addition to the one in Seattle, and had asked interested cities to propose themselves. The project has an estimated value of approximately $ 5 billion and is expected to lead to the creation of at least 50,000 jobs. Amazon had received 238 proposals from numerous cities, interested in hosting the new headquarters in exchange for concessions and incentives for the company, which has now reviewed the applications by choosing these 20 finalists:
