September is a month full of events and announcements, and Amazon does not want to be out of the trend. The American company announced the date on which it will unveil its new devices, among other news that it has in the folder. It will be next week, specifically on Tuesday 28 at 18:00 in Spain and 11:00 in Mexico .
The invitation to the event does not say too much. Amazon only mentions that there will be news about their “latest devices, services and features” ; in fact, the firm is quite discreet when it comes to giving previous details about what it plans to announce.
In the 2020 edition, for example, Amazon introduced the renewal of the Echo Dot along with the Echo Show 10. For this reason, it would not be surprising that there are more news regarding its line of smart speakers. But last year it also introduced Luna, its own streaming game service. The possibilities are several, so the firm led by Andy Jassy hopes to surprise with its announcements .
Amazon confirms a new annual hardware event
Beyond the secrecy around what Amazon will announce at its new event, there are some interesting clues. One of the novelties could be related to an apparent project related to music and live performances .
At the beginning of September it began to be rumored that the company would develop its own live audio platform, but it would not be related to the Clubhouse concept, but to that of Spotify. And it has even been mentioned that Amazon would turn more towards the world of podcasts and radio shows. We'll see if this is really the case.
On the other hand, Amazon has just announced that it will launch its own line of televisions with integrated Alexa ; and it has also revamped the Fire TV Stick line. It would not be strange for the company to make mention of these recent presentations at the event, despite being already official topics.
