Home iPadia iPad Accessories ,,,, SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and similar services are truly a godsend for all music fans, who often use portable devices to play their playlists. It is clear, then, that a portable speaker becomes the ideal companion for extending the musical experience inside your home, in a medium-large room. This time we test the AOSO bluetooth speaker, which stands out for a really competitive price.
The AOSO loudspeaker presents itself to the user with a particularly low selling price: just 21.99 euros on Amazon. It is probably the feature that makes it more appealing to customers. Nonetheless, it doesn't give up on some interesting ways of playing. In addition to the obvious bluetooth mode (version 3.0.), Which allows easy pairing with smartphones and tablets up to 10 meters of range, the AOSO speaker also offers playback via AUX cable, external MicroSD memory and hands-free functionality, with a special answer button dedicated. From an aesthetic point of view, the design is not particularly sophisticated, but in a certain sense it is better this way: for a really cheap speaker a sober style, not original, but classic and with a pleasant appearance, is probably more sensible.
There are four large plastic buttons positioned on the top, through which to answer the call, play / pause a song, change track or volume. On the back, however, there is the power button, the AUX input and for the microSD, in addition to the one for MicroUSB charging. The materials used, of course, are not at the top, but the AOSO case is built well and does not exhibit any creaking.
How it sounds
The selling price should already “tune” the ear to certainly not excessive expectations. The AOSO speaker sounds sufficiently, although the sound tends to be cold and vaguely tinny and flat. Whatever the tested musical genre, it is still quite enjoyable thanks to a rather generous volume, in consideration of the two speakers of 3W each. The speaker rewards the voice, always in the foreground on the background instrumentation. Basses are not received, even in songs like “Bass can you Hear Me?” by Beat Dominator which is built around these tones.
In any case, as written at the beginning, the AOSO speaker is an economical product and the cost is favorably compared to the performance of those who make a casual use of it if we also consider that it is possible to play music from a MicroSD, a function that they do not have. other far more expensive products. In addition, the neutral imprint of the sound favors hands-free calls. In these cases, in fact, the voice of our interlocutor is strong, clear and crystalline. The microphone that receives our voice instead seems a bit weak; however, this is a problem for many peripherals of the same type, even with higher costs.
Autonomy on average. Declared by the manufacturer in 10 hours, it can reach 7 hours, as long as the volume is not kept to the maximum. The duration, however, is modified by many factors, including the audio source chosen for the sound.
Conclusions
Definitely the recommended purchase for those who want to spend very little, but listen to music at higher volumes even in medium-sized rooms. Interesting is the playback function via MicroSD, as well as the speaker is functional as a speakerphone. In short, for the price, it is a purchase not to be underestimated.
