Apple released an iOS 12 update to fix iPhone XS not starting charging

Apple has released iOS 12.0.1, the first update version of its new operating system for iPhones and iPads, available for three weeks. The update addresses an issue reported by several iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max owners who were unable to charge their smartphones when plugged into the charger while the screen was locked. The news had circulated a lot, given the great interest around the two iPhone models presented at the beginning of September. The update to iOS 12.0.1 also fixes some other minor glitches, including difficulties connecting to some WiFi networks or Bluetooth devices. To download it, simply go to “Settings”> “General” and finally choose “Software update”.
