Apple has announced that it has reached an agreement with the French government to pay the country several back taxes which, according to the French magazine L'Express, amount to about 500 million euros. It is, writes the Guardian, taxes relating to the last 10 years. The news was confirmed by the French tax authority, which however did not specify the quota. Apple's French division said it will release the figure in the next few days.
