After renewing its icon, Chrome is preparing to update itself with really interesting new features: Google has announced the function “Journeys” , along with brand new quick actions and widgets on Android.
The function Journeys , which can be translated into Italian as “journeys”, automatically collects all the cards of a specific topic in a all automatic , so that they can be recalled later. For example, if you are organizing a trip out of town, a “Journey” will be created with the cards visited and other useful information. Everything will then be recalled from the search bar (by clicking on “Resume your search” ) or through the appropriate screen on the history page. Journeys is already rolling out on Chrome desktop on any operating system in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian , Dutch, Portuguese and Turkish.
The second interesting news concerns the quick actions , which allow you to quickly perform actions (for example, by typing Update Chrome in the address bar you can quickly open the related settings screen): Google is introducing new actions, such as “Manage Settings”, “Customize Chrome”, “View Chrome History”, “Manage Accessibility Settings”, “Share this Tab” and finally “Play the Chrome Dino game” . Unfortunately we do not know if these will be available immediately also in Italian.
