The Galaxy Tab S8 may arrive slightly earlier than expected. The well-known leaker Ice Universe claims that the release date of the Tab S8 will coincide with that of the Galaxy S22.
While the tipster didn't narrow the time frame, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S21 series in January of this year, so the Galaxy S22 and Tab S8 are likely to launch in January 2022.
There's more though, in the latest Tab S8 rumors beyond the release date: Ice Universe also claims to have hardware details. The leaker believes the Tab S8 Plus variant will come with Qualcomm's SM8450 chip, the successor to the Snapdragon 888, One UI 4.0, and the same 10,090mAh battery capacity as the Tab S7.
Finally, the well-known leaker also talked about a possible Tab S8 Ultra model, without hardware details. Some theorize a 14.6-inch display for this device, but no confirmation has yet been leaked.
