Since the evening of 22 July, the site and the Garmin Connect app are not reachable. Garmin Connect, which works with fitness watches manufactured by US company Garmin, is used by millions of runners and cyclists around the world to track, store, analyze and share their training routes.
Garmin, which in addition to fitness watches also produces GPS detectors, wrote on Twitter that the interruption of the service also affects the company's call centers that cannot receive calls, emails or online chats. Garmin wrote that it is “working to fix the problem as quickly as possible” and apologizes for the inconvenience.
This outage also affects our call centers, and we are currently unable to receive any calls , emails or online chats. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and apologize for this inconvenience. (2/2)

According to some American sites, the malfunction of the app and the site could be due to a hacker attack, but the company has not confirmed. FlyGarmin, a navigation support service used by some airlines, has also stopped working.
