Google announced two smartphones two weeks apart, it seems hard to believe but that's exactly what happened. In the first week, the American company gave us an astonishing preview of the upcoming Google Pixel 6 series and this week the company announced the highly anticipated Pixel 5a.
While the Pixel 6 series won't be available until this fall, the Pixel 5a is already on sale, in the Google Store for $ 449. However, it now appears that the other Pixel models, namely Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5, will not remain on sale alongside the Pixel 5a 5G.
Google has officially confirmed that the Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 have been suspended. Both models will remain available through official sales channels while stocks last, but the company won't produce any new units.
It shouldn't be a big deal as the Pixel 5a 5G combines the best. of Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 also offering a larger display and battery, with the same Snapdragon 765G processor and camera hardware.
