First of all, after installing the phone manager, downloading it from this address, it will be necessary to connect the iPhone or iPad to the PC and authorize the new manager by clicking on the pop up that appears on the screen. In the first screen, in fact, you will have quick actions available, and you can start the file transfer with just one click. Another particularly important tab is that relating to the cleaning of the device. Also in this case the system to delete useless, obsolete or unused files is simple and fast. Just scan for cache files, crash logs and other junk, and you can clear it in just one click. In our case, despite being particularly careful to delete any type of useless file, we managed to free from an iPad Mini 2 with 16 GB of memory about 400 MB: this is an excellent result considering the particularly limited memory. 
The transfer of files from PC to iOS device, thanks to AirTrans, can also be done wirelessly. Just download the free AirTrans app on your iPhone or iPad, and click on the AIR-Trans tab within IOTransfer 3. From here, the Windows application will find all the iOS devices present within the same WiFi network, putting in device and desktop communication, ready to communicate and exchange files in a few clicks.
Not only that, the application also includes a file converter, thanks to which, after having loaded a movie into the program, it will be possible to convert it into files of various formats: the possible outputs are really many, from the common AVI, MOV to HEVEC and numerous others.
Last, certainly not least, the tools that allow you to download Instagram photos and the GIF creator. For the first one, just paste the link of the instagram photo you want to download. At this point it will be sufficient to press the download button to start the direct download on the PC.
Thanks to the GIF creator, however, it will be possible to create an animated GIF starting from a movie. It will be sufficient to load the desired video, choose the starting and ending point, as well as select the desired FPS, to create your own GIF.

IOTransfer 3 is a really nice manager for iPhone and iPad, both from a graphic and functional point of view. It is fully compatible with iOS 12 and with the latest Apple devices. It allows you to manage the multimedia contents without going through iTunes, with really intuitive and functional menus. The UI is well cared for and modern, minimal enough, but complete and with all the necessary elements in the right place.
