Microsoft has announced a new version of the Surface Go, its budget laptop. The new generation, the Microsoft Surface Go 3 , comes with the same features as its predecessor, adding, yes, new Intel processors to provide the team with higher performance.
Specifically, the new Surface Go 3 comes with three processor options. It will be possible to configure the device with an Intel Pentium Golf 6500Y, an Intel Core i3-10100Y and an Intel Core M3. According to the company, the new chips can offer up to 60% more performance compared to the previous generation. It also includes Intel UHD 615 graphics.
These are the few new features of this device, which maintains the appearance and screen size of the Surface Go 2. In fact, the equipment has the same RAM and storage configurations of last year's model, with options of 4 and 8 GB and 64 or 128 GB of SSD. The Surface Go 3 comes with Windows 11 Home as standard. The new version of Microsoft's operating system, announced last June, offers a complete redesign of the entire interface, as well as new functions that will improve productivity.
