It is not common to see particular news arriving on WhatsApp Desktop , the desktop PC version of the popular instant messaging app. But today's one is an exception that will please many.
The screenshots you find in the gallery below show the news just landed on WhatsApp Desktop: it is the global audio player , i.e. the possibility of continuing to listen the voice notes even when changes chat or accesses the main screen of the app. This up until now was not possible , with voice playback automatically interrupting when chat changed.
We have already seen this news in development for the WhatsApp Android and iOS apps. The same has also recently arrived for all those who joined the beta on iOS. The function provides that, if you change chat compared to the one in which the voice note being played was shared, a player is shown to manage playback in the lower part of the interface.
The novelty we have just seen is currently in the automatic distribution phase for all those who have installed WhatsApp Desktop. Please let us know if you have already used it and your impressions of it.
