Userbot , Italian startup pioneer in the field of Artificial Intelligence, has just presented its latest product, Ovy, a virtual assistant powered by AI which promises to cut mailbox management times .
According to a recent report by Mckinsey & Company, a person takes an average of 28% , approximately two and a half hours, of their working day to respond to messages accumulated in the e-mail box. This is where the new virtual assistant comes into play. Ovy is able to generate complete, relevant and personalized response emails in a single click. Furthermore Ovy is also able to identify the language of the message in real time generating a reply in the same language .
The new assistant can be integrated directly into the Gmail e-mail inbox using a Google Chrome extension , easily downloadable from the web store of the browser .
Using Ovy is very simple , after installation it will be enough to open the email you wish to reply to , click “Generate reply” or select a among the custom options and add any specific information by sending the email with a last click. The answers will be realistic, relevant to the context and ready to send, but it doesn't stop there. It is also possible to indicate to Ovy the register and the tone to use to formulate a formal, informal, generic, positive, negative, cheerful answer and more. Moreover, thanks to the integration of Google Calendar , Ovy can plan the next meetings and make appointments in a few seconds and without consulting his own agenda continuously .
The product has already met the enthusiasm of users , ranking second on the American portal Product Hunt . Ovy is available both for free , with the generation of 50 reply emails , and in the premium version with different subscriptions.
