The main feature of this update is the increase of the group video call limit from 30 participants to 1,000. However, there is still the limit of 30 people in viewing your video feed, which means that the additional 970 people cannot actually be viewed.
The video message function also receives updates, which allows you to record a short video that is not saved in your phone's gallery. These videos now have a higher resolution, can be expanded and have playback controls. Finally, this update includes the ability to automatically delete messages sent in a chat after a full month of time.
