The first advance of 'Better Call Saul', season 6, could hide the premiere date

Surprisingly, AMC shared the first trailer for the sixth season of Better Call Saul, which will also put an end to the acclaimed Breaking Bad spin-off. Although the video is very short, there are a couple of relevant situations that are generating a lot of conversation among fans of the series.

The first one has to do with the release date, of which we still have no official news. However, some curious people managed to observe a clue that would have revealed the mysterious date. From second 3 you can see the authorities inspecting a crime zone, and on the ground there are two indicators with the letters D and R.

Taking as a reference the number that each letter occupies in the alphabet, it is believed that season 6 of Better Call Saul will premiere next April 18. In addition, the message accompanying the teaser mentions “#BetterCallSaul returns for its final season. Mark your calendar“. The second statement, evidently, has reinforced the finding of the fans.

On the other hand, we intuit that the men who cross the scene of the crime, with extravagant shoes and suits, are the very Salamanca cousins (Leonel and Marco), who already had a brief appearance in the season 2 of Better Call Saul. Let us remember that these characters are the nephews of Hector Salamanca, one of the top criminal leaders in the Breaking Bad universe.

If the final season of Better Call Saul is set to premiere on April 18, then the first trailer is just around the corner. We must not forget that on Sunday, February 13, another edition of the Super Bowl will be held, which is used every year by the film industry to promote upcoming productions. So, let's not rule out seeing an advance in conditions very soon.

The final episodes of Better Call Saul took longer than planned due to COVID-19. The pandemic hit the filming of multiple series very hard, and AMC's was no exception. In addition, Bob Odenkirk, who plays Saul Goodman, suffered a heart attack while filming. Fortunately, everything ended in a scare and it didn't take long for the actor to return to filming.
