Thanks to the artificial intelligence in fact, particular elements within the photos will be recognized, such as shapes or colors: when the system will encounter more than three photos with similar elements, a special memory will be created . In the example below, orange backpacks have been recognized during a hike and a Memory has been created. This feature will be available starting this summer.
Then, already in the next few days, some Memories related to particular holidays such as Christmas or New Year : these will be shown directly in the grid that collects all the photos , along with the new Memories Best of Month and Trip highlights. News also regarding Cinematic photos : given that more photos of the same subject are often taken in a very short period of time, Google will use AI to create moving photos thanks to these shots , with new frames created artificially .
Finally, new targeted controls are coming for the management of the photos present in the Memories : it will in fact be possible to remove a single photo or photos that present certain elements, such as animals or people, from Memories. This feature will arrive during the summer.
