The Starlink project of the visionary entrepreneur Elon Musk is still in the middle of its beta period, but some developments are already hypothesized ) regarding the features that will be added to the service. As CNBC first pointed out, SpaceX would have filed a FCC application for some Starlink components which would allow the service to work also on moving vehicles .
Unfortunately, however, as the good Elon Musk has already confirmed in some tweets that you find at the end of the article, the functionality will be dedicated only to large vehicles on the move such as example planes , campers , trucks and ships . For the moment there are therefore no Tesla models with Starlink equipment, due to their important dimensions .
This would however represent a big change for Starlink , which currently does not allow customers to even move hardware owned from one address to a other. The reason for this is that the constellation of satellites Starlink is not yet fully formed . It is possible (and probable) that this limitation is not permanent, but will remain active until the service is better structured .
Not connecting Tesla cars to Starlink, as our terminal is much too big. This is for aircraft, ships, large trucks & RVs.

Yeah, should be fully mobile later this year, so you can move it anywhere or use it on an RV or truck in motion. We need a few more satellite launches to achieve compete coverage & some key software upgrades.
