For several hours between Monday night and early afternoon today, the mobile services of the telephone companies 3 and Wind were “down”, that is, they had problems throughout Italy. Those who have 3 or Wind as their telephone operator have reported malfunctions in the connection to data traffic to access the Internet and, in many cases, difficulties in calling or receiving calls. 3 first confirmed the existence of an unspecified network problem, then said it had solved it.
