A simple tour of YouTube allows us to browse countless channels for children, starring children. The methodology does not differ too much from one to the other, since in general the young stars participate in short and simple stories in which they interact with toys or visit places of interest such as amusement parks. However, none are likely to be as popular as Like Nastya.
According to Forbes, Nastya —as Anastasia Radzinskaya is known worldwide—has been the highest paid youtuber of 2021. And he's only 7 years old. Although she occupies the sixth place in the ranking of the YouTube stars that collected the most over the last year, she is the only woman who is part of the Top 10.
The report indicates that in the course of 2021 the young Russian youtuber, based in the United States, entered no less than 28 million dollars. This has allowed it to regain a place in the list of the famous outlet dedicated to economics and finance, since it had been seventh in the 2020 count. In addition, its presence is a constant in this type of ranking, since it had already occupied third place in 2019.
Nastya's popularity seems inexhaustible and is accompanied by a moving life story. The girl was born with cerebral palsy and YouTube became a way for her parents to share videos of her treatments and progress with their families.
However, as of 2018, her publications began to add reproductions by the millions and Like Nastya became a beast that encompasses more than 250 million followers throughout several channels in which content is shared in multiple languages. Today, Nastya's original channel has more than 87.5 million subscribers; while the Spanish version totals 31.6 million.

During 2021 he sold the rights to his oldest clips to the Spotter company (but retaining control to create new content), in exchange for a sum of cash as an advance. In addition, other sources of income include merchandise sales and the launch of a collection of NFTs.
And the case of Like Nastya is striking not only because of the star's youth, or because today she is the only woman in the Top 10 of income through YouTube; but also for having unseated who in recent years remained the most lucrative child star: Ryan Kaji. The latter led the 2019 and 2020 rankings with revenues of 26 and 29.5 million dollars, respectively; while this year it added 27 million but was in seventh place.
It is worth noting that, previously, Forbes counted the income of youtubers on a year-on-year basis (from June to June). However, as of the 2021 edition, they have changed the methodology to only analyze the data in a calendar year (January to December). Today we cannot know how much this modification affects the metrics, but in the specific case of Nastya we see a really impressive record.
