Welcome to TIM is the new free service that will allow both new and existing customers to receive assistance within 48 hours after the activation or transformation of the fixed line. In the case of positive , the customer will receive on the telephone number entered a communication about the activation of the line and the start of monitoring for 48 hours. Following you will also receive confirmation that the speed is in line with the subscribed offer and a series of links that will allow:
- Have suggestions on how to correctly manage the potential of the active line;

At the end of 48 hours, the user will receive the final notification of the positive outcome of the fixed line activation. In the event of a negative result , a text message will be sent to the customer with the communication verifying the correct operation of the line, also in this case with the start of monitoring. A report will be opened automatically, marked by a code to be communicated in case of contact by the assistance, which will send notifications about the status of the malfunction until it is resolved. .
The monitoring will be started regardless of the modem used, whether it is a TIM or chosen by the customer.
As mentioned in opening, fixed line offers such as those of the Nuova TIM Super range, i.e. TIM Super Fibra (FTTH), Super Mega (FTTC) and Super ADSL, in the standard versions with starting from € 29.90 per month .
