Too long audios are one of the biggest hassles that can happen during a conversation, but it would seem that WhatsApp is ready to remedy this. With a post on their Twitter profile, WABetaInfo , the most trusted leaker of Zuckerberg's messaging app, announced that WhatsApp is working on a feature that will surely make all users happy.
In fact, the company would be developing an option to change the playback speed of voice messages , a bit like it has been happening for a long time on Telegram , which allows you to play audio files at twice the speed . Unfortunately we have no other news about it, nor preview images of this function: WABetaInfo limited itself to saying that everything this will be available in a future release of the app, both on Android and iOS .
We just have to wait for more news about this function and of course we will keep you updated in case there are interesting developments.
WhatsApp is finally testing an option to change the playback speed for voice messages. 🔥
This feature is under development and it will be available in a future update for iOS and Android.Screenshots will be published here on @WABetaInfo when available in a future beta build.
