For some hours, Tiscali's services have been having problems throughout Italy from both fixed and mobile devices: most of the reports from users concern the e-mail service, but there are also those who report internet and telephone network malfunctions.
As far as e-mail is concerned, many users explain that they received error messages after entering their login credentials, and that they were unable to access their mailboxes. Other users have also reported the malfunction of the dedicated app, MyTiscali.
The first failure reports began around 9.30 this morning, and came from all areas of Italy.
